Who we are
Get In Textil is an owner-managed company that evolved from a family business in Mönchengladbach, which manufactured ladies’ trousers in-house more than forty years ago. Due to structural changes, the production side was later moved abroad. Today, the company is still headquartered in Mönchengladbach. A small team organises everything from there, from the initial design process, to the pattern cutting, selection of the fabrics and trims, preparation of the production process and the management of all sales. The collection is sewn by local sample sewing shops and washed by a garment washing company in southern Germany. The finished trousers are delivered to a warehouse in Mönchengladbach, inspected by our own staff and then dispatched. We therefore accompany our products from the initial idea to their delivery to our customers.
Our choice of suppliers and contract partners is determined by our corporate social and ecological responsibility.
Corporate social responsibility refers particularly to socially fair conditions in our production facilities.
We produce exclusively in factories that comply with the legally prescribed working hours and working conditions. Our staff visit the production facilities regularly to check that the conditions in the factories are humane as well as socially fair. Of course, we also expect compliance with the ban on child labour.
In ecological terms, when we select our garment washing companies, we ensure that only controlled and listed (GOTS, REACH, Oeko-Tex Standard 100, Bluesign©system) textile auxiliaries/ dyes are used for the washing & finishing treatments. The focus is on sustainable and innovative production with ecological processing technologies. The issue of sustainability also plays an important role with respect to the resource water. When we select our washing processes, we ensure that l there is a minimal usage of chemicals. We also already wash some of the products we manufacture with a special process in a 100% waterless machine that works with ozone and does not use a drop of water or chemicals.

The fundamental condition for successful trousers is that they fit perfectly, depending on the different needs of our customers. Our target group consists of fashion-conscious women aged 30+ for whom looks and stylishness are important when they buy trousers, but who are also looking for a figure- and age-appropriate fit. Due to our many years in the trouser manufacturing business and the wide range of customers for whom we produce, we have the respective expertise and experience to be able to offer high-quality, trendy products that are a perfect fit and truly comfortable to wear.
